The rooms are always large and clean, I haven't had any issues. We all had plenty of room, our own rooms with tv's and washrooms attached.

The water park on property was nice, and we had the pool near our building to ourselves for the entire week. We tried to get a refund from staff and the management ,after 45 minutes of lies from Management and staff very unprofessional attitude and out right lies to us on the various issues, they refused to give us a refund and we left without amicable satisfaction. This spoiled our visit, we didn’t want to use the lazy river again after seeing multiple of these.

There were these huge water beetles that had long pinchers and were swimming in the pool and also at the kids play area.
